Shipping
All orders are ship by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, and your order may come by each method in separate packages. Please provide a shipping address that is a physical address and a P.O. Box address when applicable.

Normal delivery times range from 4 to 12 business days within the lower 48 states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories usually ravel by parcel post and will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. There is a surcharge for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories – See below for details

Faster Shipping
We can ship many items overnight or second day if order is received by 1:00 pm central time. Please call 1-866-543-1222 or email to orders@bluestonegarden.com the product, product quantity and what express shipping method you need. Be sure to include your contact information and the ship to address. We will respond with additional shipping costs.

Shipping on Large Items
Some of our products are large or over sized for standard UPS or U.S. Postal Service and have an additional shipping charge. These charges are noted in the individual item descriptions, and will be displayed at the shopping basket as “Additional Shipping”.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and areas outside the lower 48 states.
If your delivery address is outside the lower 48 states, it's best to order by phone so we can give you all the available shipping options. Call 1-866-543-1222 or email the product and quantity you are considering to orders@bluestonegarden.com. Delivery will average 2 to 4 weeks. Depending upon the item you order and where it's being sent, we might not be able to ship to your area. Also, certain products have shipping restrictions, and cannot be delivered to specific states as noted in the item descriptions

Return Policy
BlueStoneGarden takes pride in offering the best customer service on the web. Returns will be accepted for refund 30 days upon product delivery. After 30 days it is BlueStoneGardens discretion whether the product can be returned.
