Gloria writes that she snapped this photo on an impulse in early spring, before the yard had even received its first mowing. She was inspired by the fluffy pink blossoms of the apple tree, which she says had more flowers than usual this year.

We love to receive your photos and see firsthand how you are expressing yourself in your yard or garden. Besides posting your photo in our showcase, each month the BlueStone staff will choose one photo from those submitted, and the gardener who took the shot will receive a gift certificate for $50 worth of BlueStone merchandise.

Submission guidelines: You can enter as many photos as you like each month. Please resize them to a maximum of 500 pixels wide and email your snapshots to bluestoneshowcase@dillongroup.us. Include a brief description of the photo if you like – we love to hear your stories!

Selection criteria: We’re not looking for technical perfection in your photo or horticultural perfection in your garden, so just relax and have fun because anything goes! We love to see photos of your family and pets in the garden, projects you’ve done using BlueStone products, or plants you’ve grown successfully.

Winners will be chosen on the 30th of each month at the sole discretion of BlueStone staff and will be notified by email.
